Five specimens consisting of thin and thick films for blood and tissue parasite identification; preserved slides for permanent stain; 0.75‑mL fecal suspensions for direct wet mount examination, photographs, and/or online images; two 0.75‑mL fecal suspensions for Giardia and Cryptosporidium immunoassays and/or modified acid‑fast stain
