Description
This Autopsy Pathology Program (AUP) activity features five cases. You will be presented with a clinical summary, autopsy findings, static images, practical tips, key teaching points, and a cause of death statement for each case. Each case will be available as a downloadable PDF file, along with a zip file of the case images in png format for your continued use and reference.

Objectives
After completing this activity, you should be able to:

  1. Accurately identify diseases and presentations of diseases using clinical summaries, autopsy findings, and provided images.
  2. Understand the pathophysiology and/or clinical implications of a disease process encountered at autopsy.
  3. Provide an accurate cause of death using clinical summaries, autopsy findings, and provided images.
  4. Identify a role for ancillary testing to rule in or rule out specific diagnoses and determine the cause of death, as applicable.
