Program BALL is intended for laboratories that perform measurable (minimal) residual disease (MRD) testing (rare event analysis) for B lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma. The cases presented will be a mixture of Children's Oncology Group (COG) approved B-ALL MRD method and laborotory developed assays.
Participation in this program alone does not satisfy PT requirements for laboratories performing more general analysis of leukemia/lymphoma specimens.
