Description
This activity keeps you abreast of current diagnostic knowledge by focusing on invasive urothelial carcinomas and other major urinary tract carcinomas that can affect the bladder, prostate, and upper urinary tract.
In addition, the activity highlights key diagnostic features associated with squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma that can also occur in the urinary tract. A comprehensive overview of invasive urothelial carcinoma and its subtypes, as well as distinguishing urothelial carcinoma from squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of the bladder, and relevant staging topics will be discussed.
This activity was presented at the 2023 CAP Pathology in the Islands as part of the activity Practical Approach of the Classification and Staging of Invasive Urothelial Carcinoma.
Objectives
